We also want to be involved in developing energy-efficient housing solutions and continuously work to ensure and promote the conditions for a circular economy.

We take care of our customers and their properties
Our customers entrust us with the financial management of their homes and housing companies. For many, their home is their most valuable asset, and we are committed to being worthy of that trust. We always act with transparency and anticipate challenges in housing, addressing potential issues before they arise. We also strive to promote sustainable development and environmentally friendly practices.
Our goal is to handle the concerns of housing efficiently, so that our customers can live and own with peace of mind.
Towards more carbon-neutral property management
Our goal is to achieve carbon neutrality by 2035. The largest share of our emissions comes from fuel consumption when traveling to our customers and operating various machines required for our work. We have already taken the first steps towards carbon neutrality by beginning to electrify our vehicle fleet. In addition, we use responsible driving monitoring, which helps us promote economical and low-emission driving practices. In this way, we are building a more sustainable future together.

Sustainability reporting
We have published three sustainability reports since 2021, and from now on we will report annually. In our sustainability report, we present the development of key indicators relevant to our sustainability work. Unfortunately, the reports are currently available only in Finnish.
